How to stop hair fall naturallyHair loss or baldness is a condition when there is extreme hair loss and no new growth of hair on the scalp. A little hair falls every day is part of the growth cycle and is normal. But thinning and falling out of hair, the appearance of in large amounts of hair in combs or on a bed are some of the primary symptoms of hair loss. Hair loss could be hereditary or due to some illness, medication, unhealthy food, excessive dandruff, stress, alcohol consumption, hormonal changes, etc. Massaging the scalp can stimulate blood flow to the hair follicles and stimulate hair growth.

  • Massaging coconut milk or Aloe Vera gel into the scalp at least thrice a week is beneficial. After massage leave it for an hour and then rinse with warm water. Aloe Vera gel heals the scalp, cleanses the pores and balances the pH level of the scalp.
  • Jojoba oil promotes hair growth and the control of dandruff. It is a great moisturizer.
  • Mix egg yolk with honey and massage it into the scalp. Leave for half an hour and rinse.
  • Take out juice from green coriander leaves and apply this juice on the scalp. Leave for half an hour and then rinse. Repeat it three times a week.
  • Mix rosemary in 2tbsp of olive oil, yolk from 1 egg and 1tbsp lemon juice. Apply this on the scalp. Leave it for half an hour and then rinse.
  • Take 2 tbsp of olive oil. Heat it and add 1 tbsp of honey and cinnamon each and form a paste. Apply this paste on the scalp and leave of 15-20 minutes. Then rinse the hair with warm water.
  • Mix amla powder with one egg and apply this pack on the hair. Leave it for half an hour and then rinse the hair.
  • Mix few drops of lavender oil in almond or sesame oil and massage it into the scalp. Leave it for 20 minutes and then rinse. This is used by the aromatherapist to stimulate the scalp.
  • Soak henna in curd. Add 1 tbsp of lemon juice and apply it on the head. Curd prevents the drying of hair and gives them shine. Henna acts as a natural conditioner. It maintains and heals the hair shaft by repairing and sealing the cuticle, protecting hair against breakage and loss of shine. Henna balances the pH of the scalp and prevents premature hair fall, dandruff, and dryness of hair.
