Women are more vulnerable to backache. The factors responsible for backache are strained ligament, disc disorder, slipped disc, strained back, etc.

The best remedy is to keep yourself warm and consume hot food and drinks.

Oil made from garlic can prove quite effective. Fry 10-12 cloves of garlic in 50ml of mustard or sesame oil. Massage it on the affected back.

Mint oil is also helpful.

2-3 garlic cloves taken orally every morning gives relief.

Tulsi is a very useful herb for backache. Boil 10-12 tulsi leaves in 1 cup of water until it reduced to half. Add a pinch of salt. Drink it every day.
