Chicken Pakora Snacks

Ingredients:

500gm Boneless Chicken
1 ½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1-2 Green Chilies chopped
1 Onion chopped
1 tsp Ginger and Garlic paste
2 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 cup Curd
2 cups Besan or chickpea flour
Oil for frying

Directions:

  1. Mix onion, green chilies, cumin powder, salt, and vinegar and lemon juice in curd.
  2. Marinate the chicken with the resulting mixture.
  3. Keep in the fridge for 40 minutes.
  4. Make the batter of besan.
  5. Put chicken in batter and deep fry it until golden brown.
  6. Serve the chicken pakora with coriander or mint chutney or tomato ketchup
