Ingredients:
500 grams bow tie pasta
3 cups broccoli florets
2 teaspoon dry roasted unsalted peanuts
2 teaspoon unsalted butter
2 teaspoon basil leaves chopped
4 cloves garlic minced
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon or to taste red chili flakes
2 teaspoon parmesan cheese grated
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
salt to taste
Directions:
- In the large pot, boil pasta in salted water.
- In the mean time, in the frying pan, add butter and let it brown. Add garlic, lemon juice and broccoli to it and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add salt and chili flakes to it.
- Drain the pasta and pour it in the buttered broccoli mixture.
- Add peanuts and basil to the pasta and toss well.
- Garnish with cheese and drizzle with sesame oil.
