Broccoli Pasta with Peanuts

Ingredients:

500 grams bow tie pasta
3 cups broccoli florets
2 teaspoon dry roasted unsalted peanuts
2 teaspoon unsalted butter
2 teaspoon basil leaves chopped
4 cloves garlic minced

2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon or to taste red chili flakes
2 teaspoon parmesan cheese grated
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
salt to taste

Directions:

  1. In the large pot, boil pasta in salted water.
  2. In the mean time, in the frying pan, add butter and let it brown. Add garlic, lemon juice and broccoli to it and sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Add salt and chili flakes to it.
  4. Drain the pasta and pour it in the buttered broccoli mixture.
  5. Add peanuts and basil to the pasta and toss well.
  6. Garnish with cheese and drizzle with sesame oil.
