Gingerly Cheese Cubes

Ingredients:

200gms Cottage Cheese
1 inch grinded ginger
2 finely sliced green chillies
1/4tsp Thymol Seeds
1tsp Lemon Juice
1/2tsp Olive Oil
Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Cut cheese into cubes.
  2. Mix grinded ginger, chili, thymol seeds & salt together and add lemon juice and oil to it.
  3. Rub the paste over the cheese cubes & keep them for 5 minutes.
  4. Grill them just before serving.
  5. Sprinkle lemon juice over them.
