Ingredients:
500gm Boneless Chicken
1 ½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1-2 Green Chilies chopped
1 Onion chopped
1 tsp Ginger and Garlic paste
2 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 cup Curd
2 cups Besan or chickpea flour
Oil for frying
Directions:
- Mix onion, green chilies, cumin powder, salt, and vinegar and lemon juice in curd.
- Marinate the chicken with the resulting mixture.
- Keep in the fridge for 40 minutes.
- Make the batter of besan.
- Put chicken in batter and deep fry it until golden brown.
- Serve the chicken pakora with coriander or mint chutney or tomato ketchup
